Recipe: 3 colourful smoothies for healthier mornings

Would you like to make your mornings healthier and more energetic? Do you have an unused mixer at home and thinking how to use it? You do not have to think any further, we have 3 smoothie combinations that will make your mornings nicer.

Green smoothie

You will need:
100g of spinach
1 banana
1 pear
2 tablespoons of chia seeds
half a glass of water

Spinach is a food rich in iron and charged with vitamins. Combine with banana and pear to create a sweet taste.

Red smoothie

You will need:
150g of strawberries
30g of blueberries
1 orange
1 teaspoon of hemp protein
half a glass of water

Strawberries, blueberries and oranges are another vitamin bomb that reminds you of your stay at your grandmother’s garden in the summer.

Yellow smoothie

You will need:
200g of pineapple
1 green apple
1 tablespoon of lemon juice
1 tablespoon of hemp seeds
half a glass of water

Pineapple is great for refreshing. It starts your metabolism and strengthens immunity.
